We are offering a summer program for high school athletes (grade 9-12) that is going to allow some flexibility for those of you involved with other programs or are planning on being away a bit this summer.  Instead of booking a weekly schedule over 8 weeks, we are offering small group training based on what position(s) you want to improve at.  A calendar will be provided with availability and booking will be on a first come/first serve basis.  There will be time slots available both during the day and at night.  With this format, participants are able to pick 12 sessions over the 7 weeks that fit their individual development needs and availability.  There will be 3 types of sessions to attend: Post Play, Guard Play, and Shooting.  With our program you could do 4 sessions of each, or 6 sessions of 2 types of training or whatever combination you think is your best fit.
